I'm sharing the essential oils that I use most consistently.  These are lovingly made by me, mixed & packaged.  The bottles may be in a variety of colours, please note if you have a preference.
 
These oil rollers are in a carrier of coconut oil, using high quality oils from doTerra.

Sweet Dreams - roll this on the soles of your feet before bedtime Combine this with legs up the wall before bed to welcome deep sleep - OM-azing!    [Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile Flower,  Osmanthus, Lavender, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute, Hawaiian Sandalwood & Copaiba in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.]  
Balance grounding blend -  can be applied to pulse points, soles of feet. [Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.]
Oregano Oil for immune support - this is my go-to when I start to feel a cold come on.  Roll on the soles of your feet.  This is potent! I can't say you'll smell lovely, but it may help you speed your healing process. 
Tension Relief for headaches - roll this at the base of skull, temples,  forehead. Made with peppermint & lavender.
