What is Yin?
Yin is active rest. This class will be slow-paced allowing you to drop into your body & breath.
Delicious longer holds to offering good stress and release into connective tissues & muscles, feeling more flexibly and ease of movement. Helps reduce stress & lower cortisol, may even help with a deeper sleep. We use props such as blocks, bolster & straps to support the body into ease. Holding poses a little longer (3-5 minutes) allows the muscles & connective tissue to release, fascia to hydrate brining a sense of ease into the body.
